BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Students at a local school got a special visit from some superstars Monday afternoon.
World Wrestling Entertainment stars were at PFC William Grabiarz School of Excellence, encouraging young students to pick up a book and read. WWE’s Dolph Ziggler read to the students before they all took part in a reading-related activity. And the fun doesn’t end Monday.
WWE diva AJ Lee said, “Right now, we have grades 1 and 2, and we’re just encouraging them to read, and enter our little sweepstakes. They can get a chance to win a trip to Wrestlemaina or have a superstar visit their school.”
The reading celebration was also hosted by “We Give Books,” a digital initiative to equip classrooms with print and online books.
